Grammar Bootcamp & Book Tastings — 4th Grade Style!

First up… GRAMMAR BOOTCAMP! Complete with dog tags, grammar drills, and exercises, our students put their language skills to the test! And what better way to celebrate completing bootcamp than with a surprise showing of Charlie and the Chocolate Factory! Talk about the BEST bootcamp ever!

Next up… A BOOK TASTING! Our 4th graders had a special literary experience as their classroom transformed into a book-tasting adventure! Students got a sneak peek at all kinds of books, exploring new authors and genres in hopes of discovering their next favorite read! Of course, no book tasting would be complete without a sweet treat!

We love seeing our teachers bring learning to life through creativity, hands-on experiences, and a whole lot of FUN! What a wonderful way to inspire a lifelong love of reading and learning!

What a blessing to have the Gideons visit our Kindergarten classes on Friday! Each student was gifted a New Testament Bible to encourage them as they continue growing in their faith and knowledge of God’s Word.

These Bibles will be a wonderful addition to our Elementary Chapel Sword Drills, where students practice navigating Scripture and finding verses together!

We are so thankful to the Gideons for their generosity and for partnering with us in encouraging the next generation to know, love, and live out God’s Word!

Yesterday, we celebrated the heart of Kingdom Education during our teacher meeting as we focused on one of BCA’s core values: Christ-likeness!

At BCA, Christ-likeness means embracing a Biblical worldview, practicing the Christian discipline of grace, and faithfully loving the Lord and all people—especially our students and one another. What a blessing it is to grow closer to each other and to the Lord while walking alongside your children each day! We are so thankful for the gift of Kingdom Education!

And because some things never change… snacks are just as important for adults as they are for kids! We welcomed fall with delicious candy apples and spice cake for all, making our time of fellowship even sweeter! What a wonderful reminder that growing together in faith, friendship, and a little fall fun is something worth celebrating.
