11 years ago, Erin Perrin joined forces with a local realtor who couldn’t get into a BNI chapter because those seats were filled.

So instead of waiting for the opportunity, they saw the one they had in front of them and cofounded Queen City BNI.

Since then, Erin was able to build her mortgage business through a pandemic, through a company change and through the ups and downs of life.

And it is because she took a chance to create the village that continues to support her every step of the way.
