Are you a student trying to make a decision about declaring or changing your major or minor?

Attend the Major/Minors Fair on Tuesday, October 31st from 1:00-3:00 pm. All academic units/ Colleges as well as Career Services, Advising Center, Office of International Education and the Honors college will be represented for a comprehensive array of resources for students who are considering or ready to declare or change their major or minor.

All UVM Students are invited to attend. Get your questions answered!
• I’m still undecided. Where can I go to find some help?
• What kind of job can I get as a ___________ major?
• How can I study abroad with my major/minor?
• Can I transfer into a different college?
• What’s the difference between environmental studies in CALS, CAS, and RSENR?
• What do Geography majors study?

Each college and school at UVM will have a table(s) with student services staff and faculty advisors knowledgeable about the various majors and the logistics about how to change or declare majors and minors. Career counselors will be available to help undecided students inventory skills and interests, learn how majors do (and don't) relate to careers, and strategies for narrowing their options. The Office of International Education can help figure out how to study abroad with your particular major. Peer Advisors will be on hand along with a bank of computers to make the "paperwork" quick and easy.

See the flyer below for more information. Please join us on Tuesday, October 31st!
