Nurse Apple has a gift for balancing top-notch medical care with genuine compassion, making sure every student who walks into her office feels safe and valued. From facilitating the Telehealth program to actively collaborating in Child and Family Team meetings, her commitment to the school community shines through in everything she does. She is always supporting her fellow staff members with a "team-first" attitude and building strong, trusting bonds with local families. She truly looks out for our students as whole individuals, embodying everything a great school nurse should be!

To know Nurse Apple is to know just how deserving this recognition truly is. Day in and day out, she works tirelessly to care for our students, staff, and families with so much compassion, patience, and love. She does so much more than bandage scraped knees and hand out ice packs.. she helps keep our school running and makes our building a better place every single day.

We are incredibly grateful to have her as part of our team, and we are so happy to see her hard work and dedication being recognized. Nurse Apple, we love you, we appreciate you, and we are thrilled that everyone gets to celebrate you the way you deserve! 🩹🩺💉🌡️

Today we said goodbye to four very special student teachers from Elon University, and while we are so excited for all that’s ahead for them, we will definitely miss having them at Andrews each day. ✏️📚🍎

We are so grateful for the time, dedication, patience, and love they poured into our school and students during their time at Andrews. They jumped in wholeheartedly, built meaningful relationships, and made such a positive impact in our classrooms each and every day.

While we will miss seeing their smiling faces in our hallways, we are so excited to watch them head into their next adventure after graduation and begin making a difference in classrooms of their own. We hope they always carry a little piece of Andrews with them wherever they go.

Thank you for all you’ve done for our students, staff, and school community. Once a part of Andrews, always a part of the family. 🧡💚🎓

Field Day fun with our 3rd–5th graders was one for the books! What started as a chilly forecast turned into the perfect day for friendly competition, lots of laughter, and unforgettable memories. From relay races to cheering on teammates, our students had the best time spending the day with friends, families, and teachers. 🎉🏃🏽🪢☀️

A huge thank you to everyone who helped make today so special.. those smiles say it all! 💚🧡
