Many of my Facebook friends know my husband of 51 years, George. He has a big birthday coming up on January 7th. He doesn’t need anything and he really doesn’t enjoy big parties so I thought he would enjoy hearing people’s memories of him. Message me a fond or funny memory of him, or an old photo if you have one and I’ll put everything together in a book for him. He doesn’t do FB so I think I can surprise him. Please try to help me out on this. I think it would mean a lot to him. Thanks.

I'm sorry to share that we lost another classmate, Mark Pippin. I'll remember his smile and good humor. He will be missed by all that knew him. There will be a Celebration of Life next summer. His obituary is on the Daniels Family Funeral Home site.

FYI, Main Event does NOT have a fish fry. Their appetizers are good, as are their sandwiches. Archives (formerly Gabby's Palace), the Waterfront (formerly Brandy Bay/Club 11) and Burlington Tap and Smokehouse (formerly White Oakes) all have fish fries. We could meet at Main Event and go somewhere else for dinner if you want. Hope to see many of you tonight!

Anyone interested in Sunday brunch after the reunion should please sign up at the reunion Saturday or email: wibhsclassof1968. We have a tentative reservation for 20 at 11:00 am but they can accommodate however many want to come. It's just helpful for them to have an idea for setting up.
