Don't forget! BSD will be offering FREE, 7-day meal boxes for children beginning Wednesday, July 30. Families can pick up boxes at the Intervale Center from 3:30 PM – 5:30 PM. The meal boxes will contain food for seven breakfasts and seven lunches. Parents can pick up a box for each child in their home. No registration is required and children do not need to be present. The boxes will be available for pick-up on Wednesdays, July 30, August 6, and August 13. Making cameras and then making photographs with the cameras we made. Lots of trial and error and very satisfying breakthroughs! All completely unplugged! (One question, if we connected two of these oatmeal can cameras with a piece of string, would it be a DIY smart phone?)

First week in the new building and we're already jumping into real-world learning. The student-builders who are refurbishing the former Pingala Broccoli Bar to create a new mobile food business had a consult from builders from Farrington Construction to hear their thoughts on how to approach the re-building project.
