Hey guys!

Be sure to join us this Saturday for a lecture/ book signing at the Harvard Museum of Natural History entitled The Arctic: History, Exploration, and Exploitation by polar historian John McCannon.

"This lectures is an engaging overview of the arctic region since the Stone Age, chronicling the history of indigenous populations, polar explorations, territorial conflicts, industry, and the profound changes the region is witnessing as a result of natural resource depletion and large-scale glacial melting."

Meet at 1pm this Saturday in front of the Department and be sure to sign up via the link in the email we sent out.
