Happy Mercy Day!

On this day, we celebrate both the beginning of Mercy and the ways in which the charism of Mercy continues to inspire people to live faithful lives of contemplation and action.
In 1827, Catherine McAuley opened the first House of Mercy in Dublin, Ireland.
Today, we celebrate that rich legacy as we still strive to be shining lamps of God's light for every person in need.

Message from our PTO

THANK YOU to all of the students, parents, teachers, and kids who volunteered their time to make the carnival possible. From setting up, working games and activities, helping throughout the evening, and staying to tear everything down , we truly could not have done it without you!
Events like this are a great reminder of what makes our school community so special. Whether you volunteered, attended, or helped behind the scenes, thank you for being part of it and supporting our PTO and our students.

Twenty-five years on, we remember. Our thoughts and prayers are with all who lost loved ones on September 11, 2001, and with the first responders whose courage still inspires us. May they rest in God's peace.

Our first assembly of the year began with a warm welcome to our new students, faculty, and staff, followed by the Mercy Pledge, the Pledge of Allegiance, and our Mater Christi song led by Mrs. Safer. What a wonderful way to start the year together!

At our first assembly, we welcomed new students, faculty, and staff and shared a simple but powerful reminder: we don’t have to carry hard things alone. With Jesus and the support of our MCS community, we walk through the year together.

We also unveiled a beautiful new painting highlighting this year’s Core Value, Principled Leadership, and the call to lead by serving others.
