PGA Jr. League Match #1 | Burlington Country Club | June 6

Sunshine. Passing showers. Thunder in the distance. Then rainbows over Burlington Country Club.

Our first PGA Jr. League home match of the season delivered a little bit of everything. From a practice range filled with players, families, and spectators to competitive matches played across the course, Burlington Country Club was buzzing with energy throughout the day.

While our team earned an exciting home victory, the score was only part of the story. The real highlight was watching these young golfers demonstrate resilience, sportsmanship, teamwork, and a genuine love for the game while continuing to build confidence and gain valuable tournament experience.

Every match, every shot, and every challenge faced in changing conditions helps these players grow—not only as golfers, but as young people. For members who saw the course full of junior golfers throughout the afternoon, this is what PGA Jr. League is all about: creating opportunities for the next generation to learn, compete, and develop in a fun and supportive team environment.

Thank you to our families, volunteers, and members who helped make the day special. The future of the game is bright, and it was on full display at Burlington Country Club.
