For the second year in a row, the BHS Band was lucky enough to send two talented students to the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee High School Honors Band and Strings Festival on November 21st and 22nd! 🎶🥁🎺

Raegan Garnatz (percussion) and Riley Held (trombone) were selected from hundreds of nominated students to participate in rehearsals and clinics with the wonderful UW-Milwaukee music department faculty. After just 24 hours of work, the honors band performed a wonderful concert for a PACKED concert hall!

Raegan and Riley, we are so proud of your dedication and talent. Congrats and bravo! 🧡🖤

The BHS Music Department needs your help!

We are currently running a fundraising campaign to raise funds for needs within the program including new instruments, sound equipment, improving the Solo and Ensemble library, covering field trip costs, and providing innovative and exciting experiences for our music students.

Nothing better than an AMAZING band and a DEMONS WIN!!!

Thank you Antioch Pizza for the amazing food which helped fuel us during our first annual Hoco Band Dinner before the game, and to the amazing BHS band families that donated drinks and desserts.
