💙 Community Outreach: Giving Back to Our Community! 📚✏️

We believe that caring for children extends beyond the walls of our school—it means caring for the community we call home! 🏫💙

Ms. Zenobia and Ms. Ryian were so excited to deliver the generous donations from our School Supply Drive to one of our local elementary schools! ✏️📓🎒

Because of the kindness and generosity of our TGY families, teachers, and community, we were able to help provide much-needed supplies to students and teachers as they begin a new school year. Every backpack, notebook, pencil, and supply donated is a reminder that together, we can make a difference! 💙

Thank you to everyone who donated and helped make this outreach possible. We are so proud to be part of a community that continues to show up, give back, and support our local schools! 🥰

🍔💙 Supporting Our Teachers, One Burger at a Time! 💙🍔

It’s been a BUSY week at The Growing Years, and we know our teachers have been giving it their all! So, we decided it was time to show them a little extra love with some amazing burgers from Sonic! 🍔😋

Our teachers pour their hearts into caring for, teaching, and loving our children every single day. They deserve to know just how appreciated they are! 🥰👏

We are also incredibly blessed to have such amazing community partnerships with businesses who believe in the importance of Early Childhood Education and supporting the educators who make a difference in the lives of young children. ❤️📚

🍎🍯 Learning About Rosh Hashanah! 🍯🍎

Today, our friends had a very special opportunity to learn about Rosh Hashanah, the Jewish New Year! ❤️

We were excited to welcome a special guest who joined us to read Measuring a Year: A Rosh Hashanah Story and share more about their family’s traditions and how they celebrate this meaningful holiday. 📚✨

Our friends learned that Rosh Hashanah is a time for reflection, new beginnings, hope, and celebrating the year ahead. One of the sweetest traditions is enjoying foods like apples dipped in honey. 🍎🍯

The sweetness of honey represents the hope for a sweet, happy, and good year ahead. Apples and honey are often enjoyed together as families wish one another a Shanah Tovah—meaning “Good Year!”

After our story and discussion, our friends got to experience this tradition themselves by enjoying crisp apple slices with honey! 😋🍎🍯

We love creating opportunities for our children to learn about different cultures, holidays, traditions, and the beautiful ways families celebrate around the world. 🌎❤️

🌟 TEACHER OF THE YEAR SPOTLIGHT! 🌟

Today, we are SO excited to celebrate our amazing Wobbler Teacher, Ms. Madison, as our Teacher of the Year! 🏆💛

Working with our littlest learners takes patience, compassion, creativity, and a whole lot of love—and Ms. Madison brings all of that and MORE into the classroom every single day! 🥰

From the first smiles in the morning to the messy moments, milestones, cuddles, and discoveries, she creates a classroom where our wobblers feel safe, loved, supported, and encouraged to grow. 🌱✨

Her dedication to our children and families does not go unnoticed. We are incredibly grateful for the love, energy, and heart she pours into her classroom each day. ❤️
