Burlington Bookends

Burlington Bookends Burlington Bookends is a Teen Volunteer Group for the Library Company of Burlington.

The Bookends, comprised of students in grades 6 through 12, assist with monthly story times, family and teen movie nights, children’s and young adults’ summer reading programs, special Library events, and the annual Friends of the Library used book sale during the summer and at Wood Street Fair. Volunteers also assist with special programs presented by the Office of Early Childhood Education in Burlington City.

Thank you to our bookend volunteers and to all who donated books and all those whose purchased and donated on Sat.

The Library Company of Burlington thanks everyone who stopped by our book sale during the The Wood Street Fair to support the library. Our annual book sale is run by our teen volunteer group, The Burlington Bookends, and Ms. Mary. Through their hard work and your support, the proceeds will be used to support library initiatives and programming throughout the coming year. The Library also wants to thank our Friends of the Library Company of Burlington for promoting these programs and initiatives during the Fair.
