We have drop-in hours with a wonderful team of Career Peer Coaches to help you with a multitude of career endeavors. From resumes to internship searches to interview preparation, we're here to assist with all your ! We can also clarify any questions you may have with the InSight Program or give guidance on milestones.

Drop-in hours are 11 AM-4 PM Monday through Friday at the Garden House on Finney Quad. We look forward to working with you!

Get ready to celebrate the hard work of the Class of 2023 as they present their games and display reels of student work. A sneak peek for recruiters goes live on the Game Studio website on May 3rd, so stay tuned until then!

One day left until the Elevator Pitch Competition! Here are our finalists:

On Thursday, March 23rd, Champlain’s version of “Shark Tank” returns in its full glory when 17 students compete for bragging rights and $2,700 in cash prizes at the 16th Annual Elevator Pitch Competition. Students have 90-seconds to deliver a persuasive message to a fictitious character called “The Suit” in one of three categories – Advocate, Entrepreneur, or Job/Internship Seeker. This season’s Pitchers represent a variety of majors and class years. The event is emceed by Keith Oppenheim. Susan Waryck, Jared Cadrette, and Zoltan Sachs portray “The Suits” – B Good, Ed Venture, and Abraham LinkedIn. Celebrity judges include Lauren Bass from LaunchVT; Bob Bick from the Howard Center; Jesse Bridges from United Way of Northwest Vermont; and Liana Ryan from Long Pond Capital. Audience members vote for the Fan Favorite in each category. The event gets underway at 7:00 PM in Alumni Auditorium. Hope you’ll be in the audience for this Signature spring event!

Step Two:
Sign up for 10-minute one-on-one video chats and/or 30-minute group sessions with employers you are interested in speaking with. These are the only interactions you will have with employers during the fair. Sign up this morning to secure your spot, as space is limited. Once registered, select “Available sessions" and scroll through the list of employers. Click on sessions offered by the employers of interest and confirm your attendance. The event is open to all majors and class years.
