CONGRATULATIONS 👏 to Erik, Facility Operations Attendant, Member Services Representative and one of our September Employees of the Month.

As both a member of the Fitness and Operations team, Erik takes being a team player to another planet! He is always willing to help in any capacity, exemplifies professional customer service, and is a friend to all. No one walks away from the fitness center without feeling welcome when Erik is on shift! His peers commend him for his consistency, reliability, and kindness. He even stepped up this summer and served as a supervisor for the Ops team and routinely works in a variety of positions. We don't know what we would do without him. Thank you, Erik!

CONGRATULATIONS 👏 to Rainer, Sport Programs Supervisor and one of our September Employees of the Month.

Rainer has stepped into a new supervisor role quickly, and at times it is easy to forget this is his first year! Rainer has quickly established himself as a dependable and natural leader. He communicates very well with the officiating staff, giving them quick, concise feedback that is easy to understand and apply. This skill has come natural to him and plays a key role in helping our staff grow and improve, ultimately contributing to a better program for participants. Rainer has also taken initiative by leading make-up trainings and guiding officials through shadow shifts during the first few weeks of our programs. Thank you, Rainer!
