All my thanks to everyone who came to my first Friday Night Ballroom event! It was wonderful, and felt like I was back “home”!

As I start teaching again each dance will start with 3 30 min lessons in different dance styles so that people can learn (or be reminded) of the basics.
Once I’m doing lessons regularly I intend to change the format a little. Each evening will start with an hour long intermediate lesson separate from the dance. Each dance will start with a 30 minute intro lesson and the following weeks intermediate dance lesson will be in the same style.
I may end up changing that plan, but it is what I am thinking about presently.

I am planning to start teaching dance again. Probably Friday evenings at North Star Community Hall.

I have taken a position with People's United Bank in Burlington and my new schedule will not allow me to continue teaching regularly. Once my training is complete I will be working evenings, which precludes group classes. I do hope to continue offering private lessons on Saturdays in St Albans.
In the meantime, though, I've got time for one more 4-week series. Our last group classes will start this Thursday, March 29th and will run until April 19th.

Not only is dancing fun and good for your body ... it's good for your brain! Come give it a try this Friday night at our dance social in St. Albans. This month's dance lesson is free and everyone is welcome!
