Cooperative for Real Education in Agricultural Management. A student run dairy herd. UVM students manage farm operation and perform all of the barn chores.

CREAM, Cooperative for Real Education in Agricultural Management, is a student-run dairy herd. There are currently 34 milking Holstein cows plus replacement animals in the herd. It is one of the highest producing and genetically superior herds in Vermont. This spring and fall semester program offers 8 credits (4 per semester) to 13-16 students each year. Meet Paulina! Paulina is from York, ME, and is a rising junior. She is an animal science major on a pre-veterinary track. She is planning on going into livestock animal medicine, specializing in dairy cattle🐮. Her favorite part about scream is getting to work and give tons of head scratches to her favorite animals! Her favorite cow is Lainey (4018). Her favorite dairy product is a creemee🍦. A fun fact about Paulina is that she used to surf🏄‍♀️! Go Paulina!

Meet Anna! Anna is from Williston, VT, and is a rising sophomore! She is a communication sciences and disorders major with a minor in equine studies 🐴 . She is planning on becoming a speech pathologist and incorporating animal-assisted therapy into her work! Her favorite part about SCREAM is getting to work and learn alongside amazing people! Her favorite cows are Autumn (3976) and Gravity (4036). Her favorite dairy product is cream cheese 🥯(from Burlington Bagel Bakery). A fun fact about Anna is she is a nail tech 💅. Yay Anna!

Everybody say hi to Gibson (Gibby)!! This silly girl was born on June 2nd to our goofy Genesis 4025. We are all so excited to help raise her, and watch her grow up!
