I don’t meditate on the back balcony during the summer because of the all urban noise. I look at all the green canopies of the trees that always remain peaceful throughout any transitory cacophony in their stolid stillness as psithurisms rustle their leaves. I think about how, surrounding everything, comprising most of existence, out in space the stillness is absolute no matter how busy anything smaller may be. Not even sound waves can exist there. It’s totally eternally peaceful.

In striving to maintain the thought of peace I try, at first, for a 15 second interval and then try to go for longer durations.

I regard peace, like joy, to be adjacent to love, which is at the apex of the most desirable emotions.

I regard gramercy (great appreciation with a touch of awe) to be above even that but it’s not easy to routinely contemplate as the genuine rapturous awe component isn’t easy to achieve.

I’ve previously posited a theory about how quantum entanglement between universal minds might be via a binary fractal algorithm transmitted via the pituitary gland and received via the pineal.

Dr. Steven Greer’s group meditates in order to achieve contact with extra terrestrials.

Hypothesis: Love being a Universal Law what if a combination of Peace, Love, and Joy is the right baseline signal via which to make contact? And, if it’s not, these are the best feelings in the world to enjoy.
