Construction Update: BTC at BTV

Exciting progress is underway at the 200 DaVinci Dr. South Hangar! DEW Construction has started demolition, focusing on transforming the space for future BTC programs. Although construction faced a delayed start due to an ACT 250 permit process, DEW has made significant headway, even working through the holidays and over the weekend.

As of this week, the office spaces on the right side of the building have been completely removed, leaving only the mezzanine deck standing. Stay tuned for more updates as the project unfolds and brings new opportunities to our BTC community!

✈️ South Hangar Renovation Update
BTC’s aviation program is getting a state-of-the-art upgrade! Thanks to a $10M federal award, construction is underway at Burlington International Airport, with completion expected by August 2025.
