Today Mr. T’s 4th grade applied what they know about fractions and color theory! In math they are learning about what a fraction is, numerators, and denominators. They used Visual Thinking Strategies to make observations of a color wheel. “1/12 is the color red. 3/12 are primary colors.” Finally they used a ruler, mixed colors, and organized the colors into a wheel just like an artist! The focus in the room was unparalleled! Way to go 4th grade! Burlington School District
