This weekend, Genesis JIU-JITSU Burleson’s own Drew Presley will be competing at the IBJJF Dallas Open Gi & No-Gi Championship, and we’d love to have our Genesis family there to support him!

Competing in an IBJJF tournament takes months of discipline, preparation, and hard training. Drew has put in the work—now it’s time to step onto the competition mats and represent Genesis JIU-JITSU with pride.

If you’re looking for something to do this weekend, come out to the Kay Bailey Hutchison Convention Center in Dallas and help cheer him on. Having teammates, friends, and family in the crowd makes a real difference.

Looking for the best kids MMA classes in Burleson, TX? Genesis Jiu-Jitsu is excited to launch our Kids MMA Striking Program for boys and girls ages 5–14!

Our classes teach much more than punches and kicks. Students build confidence, discipline, focus, coordination, and respect in a structured, positive environment led by experienced coaches.

A huge thank you to everyone who came out to support our students, coaches, and families during promotion night. The mats were packed, the energy was high, and the support from our community reminded us exactly what makes Genesis special.

Congratulations to every student who earned a new belt or stripe. Promotions in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu aren’t given, they’re earned through consistency, discipline, perseverance, and countless hours on the mats. Every round, every class, and every challenge along the way helped lead to this moment.
