Valerie's Music Studio is a full-service music shop, specializing in musical instruction for all ages. We welcome students of all ages and abilities.

We offers private and group instruction for fiddle, guitar, bass, mandolin, piano, and several other instruments. To set up lesson times with any of the qualified instructors, contact (817) 447-0786. Group lessons are offered at different times throughout the year and signs and/or invitations will be posted at the shop.

I’m so happy that Clayton Bankston Jordan , and their beautiful children came out to the Fund Raiser at Station 330 last Thursday night . Clayton was always one of my best students. You ought to hear him now . He is so great ! He has played with a lot Great bands and continues to get better every time I hear him! It was a total surprise to see him there and alot of joy to play with !! Thank you Clayton for being there . By the way Jordan helped me take care of my business for a long time !! I think the bow arm is probably one of the hardest things about learning the violin. In the beginning, a lot of focus and attention is placed on the left hand for intonation. But the right hand can make all the difference in your sound. The bow brings a beautiful tone, draws out dynamics, and creates articulations. I’ve noticed this to be especially tricky for adult students to master. It’s essentially a whole bunch of muscles and skills we’ve never used before until this moment.
