"Goldie". 🎨💗🐔💗🖌️
Yesterday we painted with kind hands and kind heARTs, our muse was my friend Goldie. She is almost 8 years old, she has her own personality, and she's part of my family. Goodie enjoys her days, she feels safe, and she has things she likes and doesn't like…just like everyone does! :)
Through color, texture, and imagination, each child created their own unique version of Goldie, and no two were the same, just the way art should be!✨
But class wasn't just about painting, it was about seeing that animals, like Goldie, have feelings…that they enjoy their lives, feel safe, get curious, and have their own little worlds, just like we do...and the most beautiful pART? The kindness and tenderness that showed up on every face, and every canvas. 🥹
Thank you to these wonderful Little Artists for painting with such care and creARTivity, and to Goldie, for being the most patient and inspiring muse.

I'm going to be completely honest…something I've never experienced in the 6 years I've had creARTivity is happening this October:
For the first time, I don’t have a single student signed up for my October classes.

October has always been one of the children's and mine favorite months at the studio, especially with all the fun Halloween painting! 🎨🎃🖌️

So I'm asking for a little help: If your child has enjoyed a class, camp, pARTy, or painting kit with me, would you please share the message I'm including in the comments section?Just copy and paste it. 💛

You can share it with:
•Friends and family
•Local Moms Groups
•Your child's school or class group
•Your neighborhood/community groups

Even if you can't sign up for a class this time, every share helps a small local business get seen, and if your Little/Young Artist can join classes this October…I would absolutely LOVE to paint with them!

Thank you for supporting creARTivity for the past 6 years, and for helping me bring creativity, color and little bit of messy fun to our community!

Tomorrow, we're painting a very special friend of mine, almost 8-year-old Goldie.
🖌️🐔💗🎨
Like all chickens, Goldie has her own unique personality, her favorite things, her favorite foods, and her own feelings, just like you and me.

Goldie will be our muse in the studio and after class kids will be able to take turns holding her and feeding her favorite fruit: green grapes.

Only 2 Little Artists are signed up for this super-cool Mythical Creature painting class so far! 🖌️🐉🧿🎨
Gift your child a little creative time, let them come paint, create, release some happy hormones, and let their imagination run wild while I do all the setting up, teach the class, and take care of the cleanup afterward! 😉

Canvas is not pre-sketched.

TINY COLORFUL EXPLORER
🖌️🫟🪲🌈🎨
Today these creative minds painted little colorful creatures (among other fun creatures) that look like they have a rainbow hiding inside them, iridescent bugs!
Real iridescent insects come in amazing colors, and these Little Artists's insects didn't have to look like anyone else's, and that's the best pART.
