🌱🐑 Small Ruminant Workshop & Pasture Walk! 🐐🌾

Whether you're an experienced producer or just getting started with sheep and goats, our Small Ruminant Workshop and Pasture Walk program offers practical information to help improve flock health and pasture productivity. Learn about effective parasite management strategies, rotational grazing practices, and cost share opportunities to support a successful small ruminant operation.

This program is FREE and held in partnership with Piedmont Soil & Water Conservation District. Registration is required by October 11th for dinner!

WE ARE MOVING!!! The Nottoway County Extension Office will be moving to the old Burkeville Elementary School. While we are sad to leave the office that we have called home for over 50 years, we are so excited to return to where Virginia Cooperative Extension began, Burkeville! This new space also provides us with more room for Day Camps, 4-H Club meetings, and other educational programming.
During the week of July 27th-31st we will be in and out and you may not know what office we will be at. We will be in our new space on August 3rd and our phone number will remain the same- 434-645-9315
