We are beyond proud of every single student who performed in this year’s Variety Show! Each one of you displayed courage, confidence and pride. As you move forward in life, we hope you will continue to carry these amazing attributes with you in all that you do!

Great big thanks to all of the families that came out to support our students and share in one of our school’s most coveted events! The cheers were loud, proud and so heartfelt…that Tiger pride shined so bright tonight!

Hey, parents! One last reminder about tonight’s PTA General Membership meeting at 6pm! If you are running for a board position, you MUST be in attendance (virtual attendance is fine).

Bring us your questions, suggestions, complaints and praises…we want to hear it all (really, we do!)!

📣 Terra Centre Families — we need your help to keep our PTA alive.

Our PTA works hard behind the scenes to make Terra Centre an amazing place for your kids. Here's just some of what we fund and organize:

🎉 Fun Fair, Bingo Night, Variety Show & Reflections Art Program

🍕 Teacher appreciation breakfasts, luncheons & soda bars

🎒 Field trip buses & Tiger Cares funding so every student can participate

💻 Laptop charging stations & school-wide educational programs

🌿 Art murals throughout the school

🎓 Teacher grants & after-school enrichment clubs

👕 School spirit wear

🎃 Family events like Pumpkin Drop & Movie Night and Popsicles on the Playground

None of this happens without volunteers — and right now, we're running critically low.

Right now we urgently need:

🔴 Treasurer & Secretary — start ASAP

🔴 Board Nominating Committee — needed NOW to hold May elections

🟡 VP of Enrichment & Clubs and VP of Hospitality — for next school year

🟡 Committee chairs for Fun Fair, Bingo Night, Reflections, 6th Grade, and Marketing

If we can't fill these roles, the Terra Centre PTA may not survive into next school year — and that means losing the programs your kids love.

No experience needed. Just a willingness to show up. (And yes — contrary to popular belief, our PTA is genuinely low-drama. We promise the most scandalous thing that happens at our meetings is someone bringing store-bought cookies. 🍪)

Teacher Appreciation Week is NEXT WEEK!

Reminder: The review board for the TC PTA Variety Show is this Thursday, April 30. If your student would like to participate, please use the following link to sign up for a slot: Terra Centre PTA Variety Show: TC Variety Show 2026

Students are limited to one (1) act of three (3) minutes or less. Students must attend the review board to participate in the Variety Show on May 21. Acts need not be perfect by the review board date. The review board is mainly to review for appropriate length and content.

5th and 6th graders interested in being an MC may also sign up using the signup genius.

Don’t forget about the Watershed Festival at Terra Centre this Thursday evening from 6:00pm - 7:30pm! Mrs. Bauersfeld & Ms. Grove, along with all of our kiddos, have worked so hard on this special event and we promise you won’t be disappointed! There will be special performances from some of our little tigers, loads of cool artwork and local vendors who are eager to teach us about plants, animals and how to keep our earth beautiful!
