The first night of the CrossFit Open 2026 is officially complete! It’s so cool seeing athletes from different class times all come together, cheer loud, and go strong 💪

📣 Attention Halo CrossFitters❗️
CROSSFIT703 classes move to 1 hour sessions starting January 28 (and this change is very intentional).
But why? It’s about using our time better. More space to warm up with purpose so bodies are actually ready to move instead of feeling rushed. More time to slow things down when needed, ask questions, and actually understand what’s being coached.
That extra time also matters for connection. More chances to talk with your peers, learn names, and feel comfortable in the room instead of just passing through.
Intensity drives results, but intention creates intensity.
And sometimes intention needs more time.

They’re color coded by size to make grabbing the right one quick and easy before the WOD.
Step on the middle, pull the handles up. If they hit your armpits, you’re set!
