Earlier this week, our Unified players competed in Home Run Derby! Each batter competed in a “Walk Up Competition!” The winners were awarded a “Choose to Include” baseball designed by two of our High School Art students, Kendal Starling and Issabella Shands. Burkburnett is a district that chooses to include. Our hope is that one day, our students with disabilities will have a barrier free world to live in. All means ALL.
