Seahurst PTA

Seahurst Elementary's annual Hispanic Heritage Block Party was a huge success! It was so much fun to see everyone and celebrate the cultures of many of the families in our community. Thank you to the staff and volunteers who helped plan and run the event and the families who donated candy, pinatas and tamales!

Did you catch the Highline High School Mariachi Band or try the free hot chocolate and pan dulce tonight? Seahurst PTA was able to make a donation to the band and purchase the treats: just a few of the ways we support our school!

Did your student enjoy popcorn last Friday? The PTA and family volunteers were excited to be popping popcorn again on the first Friday of the month! 🍿

We need your help to cover the cost as we make sure every student gets to participate regardless of ability to pay. If you are able, please follow the link below to a donation before next month to help us continue this delicious tradition. Thank you for helping us make the school day a little brighter for ALL of our Stars.

Seahurst students love popcorn friday and so do we! ¡A los estudiantes de Seahurst les encantan los viernes de palomitas, y a nosotros también!

🍦Celebrate the start of the school year with a delicious treat with friends! 🍦

The PTA is hosting a fundraiser at White Cap Frozen Yogurt next Thursday, September 17, from 6:30-8 PM. 20% of sales will go to Seahurst PTA to cover things like Star Store prizes, recess equipment and classroom supply reimbursements for staff. It's another great opportunity to meet other Seahurst families, raise money for a good cause, and support a local business. Win-win-win! ❤️💛💙

Help Seahurst PTA end the year strong: join us tomorrow night at 5:30 pm for a quick meeting to vote on next year's board members and budget. We're hoping to keep the meeting brief so we can all get home for dinner.

We need to reach quorum (10 members) to hold the vote. It's a busy time of year, but we appreciate your help setting us up for success. Thanks!
