🎻🌟 A standing ovation for Burbank High! 🌟🎻

Huge congratulations to the Burbank High School Symphony Orchestra and director Annie Cavanaugh for an unforgettable performance at Carnegie Hall earlier this month! Taking the stage to close the concert, these talented students delivered an outstanding performance that brought the audience to its feet. 👏🏼👏🏾👏🏿

Their trip to New York City was just as inspiring offstage; students attended a concert by the New York Philharmonic, enjoyed a Broadway show, explored Central Park, and took in the views from the Empire State Building.

From world-class music to unforgettable cultural experiences, this journey showcased the passion, dedication, and excellence of Burbank’s young musicians. BAEF is incredibly proud of how they represented their school and community on such a prestigious stage. Through BAEF grants, we’re also proud to support Burbank High School’s instrumental music programs with funding for the purchase and repair of musical instruments, helping ensure students have the tools they need to succeed.
