Today, we proudly celebrate an extraordinary group of educators who have dedicated 25 years to serving the students, families, and community of Burbank School District 111! Thank you for 25 wonderful years of service, leadership, and heart. BSD111 is stronger because of you, and we are so grateful to celebrate this incredible achievement with you!

Burbank SD 111 Families:

It’s been a productive summer and now we’re ready for the 2026-27 school year! Our Opening Institute Day for Teachers & Staff will be August 17.

Back to School Night for all elementary schools will be Monday, August 17, 6:00 - 7:30 pm.

The First Day of School is Tuesday, August 18 with a half day of attendance. The hours for students are as follows:
Grades K-5: 8:05 – 11:15 am
Grades 6-8: 8:30 – 11:45 am

Back to School Night for Liberty Junior High School will be Tuesday, August 18, 6:00 - 7:30 pm.

McCord Early Learning Center will host Orientation & Open House sessions on Tuesday, August 18 and the First Day for our EC/PreK students will be Wednesday, August 19.
