Big congratulations to all our students who competed in the Jun Chong Tournament this month! 🏅🥋

Competing can be intimidating, but it’s an important part of training. You learn how to win, how to lose, and how to grow from both. Every match is a lesson that makes you a stronger martial artist. 💪

Annual KNMA Dodger Night! ⚾💙

Huge thanks to everyone who came out to the game this past Saturday! Even though we didn’t get the win, we brought that KNMA energy and spirit and had an amazing time together. Until next year! 👊🥋

Why do we compete? It’s not just about winning. It’s about gaining experience, showing up, and pushing ourselves beyond our limits. We learn to build confidence, handle loss with grace, and embrace good sportsmanship. Competition teaches us perseverance, how to improve our skills, and how to give it our all every time. Sometimes we win, sometimes we lose—that’s life. But the most important part? Learning from our losses and coming back better next time.

Great job to all of our kids who competed in this year’s Kick Together, Stick Together Tournament! We are so proud of your hard work and dedication. 🥋👊💪🏆
