Our team had a great time representing Masters in Motion at this year’s Recreation Fair. We spent the day meeting families, connecting with community partners, and giving hands‑on demonstrations of what makes our martial arts program unique.
Our system is built so every technique can be adjusted for age, ability, mobility, and real‑world needs. It was powerful to show parents, kids, and community members how martial arts can be accessible, safe, and confidence‑building for every body.
From interactive drills to foam‑sword play, from weapons displays to one‑on‑one coaching, our staff brought energy, expertise, and a whole lot of smiles. We’re grateful for the chance to share what we do and to support a community that values inclusion, movement, and lifelong learning.

Grateful to support our city’s Adaptive Sports Day last weekend. Our team had a blast working with athletes of all abilities—and it was the perfect place to share what our martial arts is all about: training that’s adaptive by design, built to adjust to every body, every limitation, and every moment.

On this Veterans Day, we honor the extraordinary men and women who have served our country. At Masters In Motion, we are deeply grateful for the sacrifices made by our veterans and their families, who have given so much to protect our freedoms and way of life.
Today, we extend our heartfelt thanks to those who have served, as well as their loved ones who support them. We recognize the resilience, courage, and dedication that define our veterans, and we are honored to serve a community that includes many who have worn the uniform.

A VERY BIG THANK YOU to everyone who supported our annual kick-a-thon charity event. Together, we continued to keep the awareness in the spotlight and raised several thousand dollars for the City of Hope to help with cancer research, detection and treatment efforts. Let's keep supporting this effort and continue kicking together for a healthier world!

This October 18th, we are once again putting our kicks to good use with our annual Kick-a-Thon Fundraiser for Breast Cancer Awareness Month!
Use the website address below or the attached QR code to donate.
We all know of someone or perhaps even ourselves who has been affected by cancer. To help develop better treatment or find a cure, we’re raising money for City of Hope Cancer Research, and every single kick we throw is packed with energy, spirit, and HOPE.
Here’s how it works: our students, instructors, and anyone in the community who wants to join in will challenge themselves to throw as many kicks as they can—all to honor survivors, support those still fighting, and remember the loved ones we’ve lost. You don’t have to be a martial artist to participate—just bring your energy and a big heart!
We’re asking for your support to help us reach our fundraising goal. Whether you kick with us, pledge per kick, or donate a flat amount, every contribution makes a difference. Together, we’ll kick high, kick strong, and kick cancer out of the way!
Join us and cheer us on, and let’s show what our community can do when we kick with purpose!
