Duct Crawling is hard work. When you get out of the duct you feel like all the muscles in your body have been really worked over.

Doing service in multi story hotels with the exhaust fan on the roof can be a real pain for us and the customer. The rooms that the ducts run through need to be empty on the night of service, or you will definitely get shut down when the room guests complain about the noise.

This was a kitchen exhaust system in a hotel kitchen that was having a regular quarterly service done. We needed to scrape out the horizontals and use the Grease Hoe to pull the scraped grease out.

This San Diego restaurant had recently been serviced and at first glance it looked clean but when Christopher Gibson looked a little further, he found some pretty neglected areas of the system. Those areas could have easily been cleaned with the right tools.

When you get your mix down, a lot of your jobs can be done with just a water hose. These sweeper nozzles are great for shooting down laterals.

These conveyor belt pizza ovens have built in plenums and filters. The panels on the end slide out so you can get access to the exhaust system.
