🎒 See when your student boards and exits the bus
📱 Access important transportation information right from your phone

How does it work?
Students scan their ID badge when boarding and exiting the bus. That's why it is very important for students to bring their ID badge to school every day.

🔑 Parents, you'll also need your student's registration code to log in and connect your student in the Parent View app. Be sure to keep this information handy when setting up your account.

It was Slime Time in Mrs Katie Green’s Chemistry classes today as students practiced their Dimensional Analysis skills! 🧪📝 They worked with scientific notation, performed unit conversion calculations, used various lab tools, and checked their precision/accuracy of measurement with their group members in order to figure out the proper values and units for the ingredients to their slime recipe. They even got to personalize their slime and take it home! It was a great day to be a Maverick!!

Our students continue to SHOW UP!

Every APS school remains above our 94% attendance goal, with year-to-date attendance rates ranging from 95.62% to 98.67%. That’s something worth celebrating!

A special shoutout to Louisiana School for the Agricultural Sciences, leading the district with an impressive 98.67% attendance rate!

September is Su***de Prevention Awareness Month, a time to remind our students, families, and community that mental health matters, conversations matter, and help is available.

Parents and caregivers play an important role in recognizing changes in behavior, starting conversations, listening without judgment, and connecting young people with support when they need it. Our attendance goal is 94.1%, and each of our 10 schools is currently meeting or exceeding that mark. Strong attendance helps students stay connected, keep pace with learning, and make the most of every school day.
