Flint STEM Camp exists to make it easy for educators to spark students’ imaginations over summer break. Our “STEM camp in a box” concept provides everything necessary to host an extraordinary week of fun and inspiration. Educators are even paid to host. Flint is the passion project of engineers and entrepreneurs Max Soto and Wilson Hack. Both attended typical STEM camps as kids, and believed there

had to be a better way to ignite excitement around the crucial fields of Science, Technology, Engineering and Math. Every camp activity begins with the question, “How can Flint make STEM fun?” Where other STEM camps use popsicle sticks, Flint campers use 3D printers. Instead of dropping eggs, they fly drones, build websites and apps, create music with snap circuitry, construct functioning robots and more. All the gear and gadgetry is delivered right to the camp location, along with easy-to-follow instructions to lead each activity. In a time where demand for STEM education has never been higher, Flint’s cutting-edge, but simple-to-execute, “camp in a box” method has received stellar reviews from campers, educators and parents alike. Flint believes this is STEM as it should be.
