Third Graders in Mrs. Meagher's class are working on identifying landforms in our environment! They built their own models out of playdoh and shared with the class what they've been learning!

🏎️💨 On your mark, get set, LEARN!

In 4th grade, Mrs. Meagher’s homeroom put their scientific thinking into high gear during our racecar lab! Our young scientists experimented with different forces, testing out how friction and gravity affect speed and distance. 🏁✨

🌟 Future engineers at work in Sra. Romero’s 2nd Grade Spanish Immersion class! 🏗️✨
Using the Engineering Design Process, they selected their own materials to design and build the tallest tower possible.
The catch? It had to stand completely on its own! After construction, our young scientists put their language skills into action, using their Spanish to verbally explain the reasoning behind their material choices and why their designs were successful.

Our 1st graders had a wonderful time learning about animals and their young! 🦁🐘🐸

But they didn’t just learn about animal families—they used VEX robots to put their learning into action!

Our PONY students had so much fun learning all about pets! We talked about the different kinds of pets people have, how we care for them, and what makes each pet special. ❤️

The best part was getting a special visit from Ms. Alyssa’s pet turtles! 🐢🐢 Our little learners were so excited to see them up close and learn more about how they are cared for.
