Welcome Back!

We are in full swing of our spring season. New combos and new skills. New routines and new costumes.

Please, make sure your dancers are attending classes. If you need a make up class due to illness please, schedule a time with your director.
BAD WEATHER DAYS ARE UPON US!!!
If CISD schools are canceled, we are canceled as well. If there is a school delay, we will monitor the situation accordingly and make the call for that day. If there is an early release, we will not have classes.
If you have to miss a class because of bad weather, please, feel free to schedule a time with your director.
I had planned on taking us to the rodeo, however the position that schedules the Community Stage is a volunteer position, and sometimes that can be unreliable. If I hear anything different from them, I will reach out!
Spring recital is currently scheduled for May 4th, and I wish I had a solid place to tell you, but I don't yet. Cross your finger for me as this has been one of the most difficult years to get a location scheduled, even harder then 2021!!

As a reminder we have scheduled school days off so we are also off.
February 16 - No Dance

February 7,14&21-Stargazers Dance Team competitions and solo competitions

March 9-13 - No Dance

April 6 - No Dance

April 27-30- Pictures / Dress Rehearsal

May 4th-Spring Recital

For Spring Recital we will be going "Back in Time". As you get costumes, it is your responsibility to keep track of the costumes and all the accessories.

We will be honoring Harley this spring at recital in a group routine that all dancers will be participating in.
Each dancers will receive a FREE blue costume for this routine courtesy of dancefairies.org

I want to donate a bench in the park for her and her family and I will be taking donations in commemoration to the family and Harley for this project.

Hello Dance Families!! Happy Thanksgiving!

Christmas Recital is next week! Can you believe it??

December 2nd 6:45pm Davenport HS Performing Arts Center. Call time 6:00pm

When you pull in the school, keep going straight into the main parking area, to your left you will see a giant blow up nutcracker, you will enter through the iron gates and to the door imediatley to your left.

The black box will be straight throught the door on the left hand side of the main hallway. This is were you will drop off your dancer(s).

Please, have them there at 6pm, dressed and ready to dance. Bring minimal things to recital. Showtime will be 6:45pm.

You will pick your recital shirt up the day of. They will were that OVER thier costume for the final number.

At the conclusion of recital you will take your kids off of the stage.

We will have a special visitor that you can take a quick picture with if you like. He will be avalible durring intermission in the lobby and 20 minuets after recital on the stage.

Classes will resume the rest of the week.

Our last day of class will be December 11th. On your last class, we will have a little Christmas party at the end of each class, feel free to bring snacks and drinks!

I will have a little gift for them!

Our Hermann Sons Life Christmas Party is December 14th at 2 pm. EVERYONE IS INVITED EVEN IF YOU'RE NOT PERFORMING! Bill Millers Turkey plate is provided for everyone!

For the performance, just have your dancer wear a Christmas outfit.
