Please be praying for our students as 1st - 8th graders complete their IXL Diagnostic testing this week. 🙏🏽
Pray for peace when they feel nervous, focused minds, and confidence in what they know. Most of all, we pray they remember that their identity and worth are found in Christ alone!

✝️ What a beautiful way to begin our week!
We started in Chapel learning what it looks like to honor God in all that we do, then gathered in our new tribes for the first time. With students from kindergarten through 8th grade learning, serving, and growing together, we’re excited to see the discipleship and community God builds in our school this year!

Our kindergarteners had a special visit from our local fire department! 🚒👩‍🚒 They learned important fire safety tips, and what fire safety looks like at school! We’re so thankful for the men and women who serve our community! ❤️

The halls are full, classrooms are buzzing, and we’re officially kicking off another year at Desert Light Christian Academy!

What a joy it is to begin this school year learning, growing, making memories, and most importantly, keeping Christ at the center of it all. Join us in praying for another year filled with growth in wisdom, kindness, courage, and faith.

🌟 Our PTO is getting ready for another amazing year!

Open House was a wonderful time! We loved welcoming our families, meeting new faces, and getting ready for another great year at Desert Light Christian Academy. Now, we’re looking forward to the first day of school on Monday!

School begins at 7:45 AM, and we all of our families are invited to join us for our first chapel of the year as we begin the new school year together. We can’t wait to see you Monday!
