🔥🔥TOY DRIVE AND DRAWING👇‼️

THSBA will be doing its annual toy drive this year. It will take place at each division's last event of the fall half. Dates and locations are listed below. With a donation of a unwrapped toy you can enter to win the Lew's Combo pictured . We will get the toys to a local charity benefiting kids in the division's area. Help us help kids in need this Holiday Season.

Houston Division - Lake Houston 12/7/19
Bayou City Division - Toledo Bend 11/9/19
Hill Country - LBJ 10/29/19
East Division - Lake Fork 10/29/19
Northeast Division - Lake Palestine 11/16/19
Central Division - Lake Fork 11/09/19
West Division - Lake Lewisville 10/26/19
North Texas Division - Lake Ray Hubbard 11/16/19
Metroplex Division - Ray Roberts 11/9/19

Donation will be accepted at check in on Friday and all day Saturday during weigh-in on the dates listed above. Drawing will be held at each event's weigh-in on the collection dates. Share with all your anglers and friends. This way we can reach more kids in need this holiday season.

Kali’s Law goes into effect on September 1, 2019. Texas boat operators will be required to wear an engine cutoff switch when operating a boat equipped with the switch, under 26ft in length and going greater than headway speed.

Headway speed is slow, idle speed, or speed only fast enough to maintain steerage on course.

This change in the law does not require the retrofitting of older boats that were not originally equipped with an engine cutoff switch however Texans are always encouraged to employ sound safety practices which can include the addition of such a safety device.
