Panther Pride Incentive Party

At Bullard Middle School, we are thrilled to introduce our new positive behavior incentive program: Panther Pride! Our goal is to inspire students to learn, lead, and serve with purpose—what we proudly call The Panther Way.

We want to encourage all students to attend school daily and take full ownership of their grades and actions. To celebrate their hard work, we will reward qualifying students with a fun-filled, school-day field trip at the end of each six weeks!

How to Qualify
We have set clear expectations for students to earn an invitation to the Panther Pride Incentive Party. Qualifications reset at the beginning of each six weeks, giving every student a fresh start to participate!

To be eligible, a student must meet the following criteria during the six-week period:

Perfect Attendance: Any excused absence must be accompanied by a doctor's note.

No Zeros: All assignments and homework must be turned in.

Passing Grades: Students must be passing all of their classes.

Excellent Behavior: No office referrals or lunch detentions.

Let's work together to make this a fantastic year! Encourage your student to stay on track, keep up the great work, and show their Panther Pride every day!

Tentative Panther Pride Party Dates:

1st 6 weeks - September 25, 2026

2nd 6 weeks - November 6, 2026

4th 6 weeks - February 19, 2027

6th 6 weeks - May 18, 2027

🐾 PROWL WITH PURPOSE — 1st Six Weeks Winners! 🐾

We are so excited to recognize our 1st Six Weeks Prowl with Purpose winners! These students have shown what it truly means to live out the Panther Way through their actions each day. ❤️💙

🌟 LEAD WITH PURPOSE
Elle Carter — When a spill happened, Elle immediately stepped up, got supplies, and began cleaning without being asked. Even better, other students followed her lead. Elle showed us that leadership is about setting the example through your actions!

Harper Burton — Harper consistently sets a positive example for those around her. When she noticed another student struggling, she took the initiative to get that student help. Her compassion, awareness, and willingness to step up are wonderful examples of leading with purpose.

🤝 SERVE WITH PURPOSE
Marshall Osborne — Marshall looks for opportunities every morning to help our custodians keep the cafeteria clean without ever being asked. His willingness to consistently serve others makes a difference at BMS!

Jude Walling — Jude helps his classmates every day, but he doesn’t simply give them the answers. He takes the time to help them truly understand. His patience and willingness to help others succeed are wonderful examples of serving with purpose.

🐾 WALK WITH PURPOSE
Olivia Siko — Olivia consistently demonstrates exactly what it means to walk with purpose. She moves quickly and quietly, stays to the right, goes directly to her destination, and does it all with a positive attitude!

Reese Tutt — Reese carries herself with kindness and positivity every day. She greets others, cares about those around her, works hard, and consistently brings a great attitude to BMS.

📚 LEARN WITH PURPOSE
Donovan Halter — Donovan has attended every morning tutorial and is making noticeable academic progress. His dedication, persistence, and desire to improve show what it means to take ownership of your learning!

Kinsey Ferrara — Kinsey continues to work hard even when learning is challenging. She comes prepared, gives her best effort, and perseveres until she understands and succeeds. That is learning with purpose!

Proud of these students! I’m so glad that this amazing story is out for all to witness and love. We are very thankful and for our teacher and her staff for loving our students. Thank you Mrs. Kennington for bringing this idea to BMS and making it a reality. Another great thing that’s happening at BMS! ❤️💙

John Guzman, Derek Ramsey, Victor Kopycinski, and Kolton Kittrell were caught "SERVING WITH PURPOSE" today. New Hope Bullard Baptist Church Community Connects dropped off water for our backpack club today. We appreciate everything they do for us. We are also so proud of these young men for stepping up and volunteering to help. Keep following; BMS is doing great things.
