SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
• Familiarity with bookkeeping and basic accounting procedures
• Competency in MS Office, databases and accounting software, (Timberline a plus)
• Accounts Receivable/ Accounts Payable/ Data entry
• Provide administrative support - answering the telephone, opening, stamping mail, assisting visitors, UPS/FedEx preparation etc.
• Hands-on experience with spreadsheets
• Data entry and word processing skills
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• Dependable, well-organized, self-starter, and detail oriented
• Ability to work independently as well as within a team environment
