Our next all ages Learn to Roller-Skate Class is Saturday 6/20/26 at 8am -DOORS OPEN AT 7:30am Please arrive early. Check in begins at 7:30am

$30 cash per student ($30.93 w/card) each class. Skates are included if needed. QUAD skates only (no inline skates).
All ages welcome. No experience required. Protective gear encouraged, especially wrist guards. Learn to skate safely.
If you are providing your own skates, please ensure they are in good repair and have no signs of being used for outdoor skating.
Please arrive promptly to be ready for class by 8am (doors open at 7:30am for warm up and check in). When you arrive, please come into the skate shop area.
If you don't already own your own skates, please don't buy skates until after your lesson with us. We will show you which skates we recommend and you can buy them at the Skate Shop at Skate Country, no need to find them anywhere else. In the meantime, skate rental is included with your skate class.
PLEASE fill out your registration form now, you can do it online, it is pinned at the top of the page. Only one form required for each family, you can provide us with all of the skating students in your family on your registration form, PLEASE INCLUDE EACH STUDENTS NAME AND AGE ON YOUR FORM. If you are able to scan the QR code, it will open the direct link to the registration form. Filling out the form now will save you a lot of time and will help us for a faster check in for the entire class. After you have attended your first class, you are now a student of SK8 Academy and you will receive weekly updates through your email.
Topics & skills covered during first class are: safety, marching, how to get up from the floor, forward rolling and students are also evaluated for skill assessment for those with some previous experience. After first lesson students are placed into a group appropriate for their skill level.
Our next class is Sat 6/20/26 at 8am - class ends promptly at 9:30am. At 9:30 we will all be done with class and prepare to leave the building promptly to allow access for the private party hosts and guests.
