Three of our Clinical Nutrition MS students offer free nutrition insight at the Jefferson Avenue Tops Friendly Markets on Buffalo's East Side. They are invited to table as the store re-opens throughout the month of August to service the community's nutrition needs as future dietitians.

Heat illnesses can affect active individuals during the hot summer months, leading to potentially dangerous situations.
Dr. Riana Pryor, an assistant professor in the Department of Exercise and Nutrition Sciences and the director of the Hydration, Exercise, and Thermoregulation (HEAT) Laboratory, will be educating us on practical ways you can stay safe and healthy during outdoor activities in the heat, including prevention, hydration and cooling strategies.
