📚 5th Grade Orientation & Open House! 🦬

This Tuesday, we’ll welcome our incoming 5th graders for 5th Grade Orientation from 6–8 PM!

Then, this Thursday, we’ll have Open House for all district buildings from 3–5 PM and 6–8 PM!

During both events, students will have the opportunity to participate in a fun scavenger hunt designed to help them explore and become familiar with the different parts of our building. 🗺️🔎

7th and 8th MS football practice begins this Monday, 8/17, at the ms practice field. Practice the first week will be from 6-7:45 am to avoid the heat. Wear a t-shirt, shorts, and cleats. Hello, my name is Jacob Supancic, and I’m excited to join the team at Buffalo Middle School this upcoming school year. I have three years of teaching experience teaching special education students in grades 5–8 at Fair Grove Middle School. I earned my degree in Social Studies from Southwest Baptist University in 2023 and completed my master’s degree in Social Studies this past year from Northwest Missouri State University.
In my free time, I enjoy playing all sorts of sports, hunting, and fishing. I look forward to a great year here at Buffalo Middle School!

UPDATE: The hay has been sold! There are 37 bales of hay at BPMS. This hay was from our summer project for the Ag and FFA groups. These 37 bales are for sale from the individual who baled the hay. MS Football Camp will be this week from 6:30-8pm at the MS practice field. Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday. This camp is for incoming 7th and 8th graders. It’s going to be hot so make sure you bring water and are drinking water throughout the day. Wear shorts, t shirt, and football cleats if you have them. No registration needed, just show up. We are excited to announce that we will be welcoming a new nurse at BPMS. Please help me welcome Jaime Slack to the building.

Hi, I’m Jaime Slack and a native of Buffalo. I have been a nurse for 9 years. I look forward to caring for the future generations of Buffalo and giving back to the community and school where I grew up.

If I’m not working, I enjoy spending time with family and my two fur babies, Trixie and Bella. My passions include reading, cross stitching, and cooking.
