XFormer may have roots in reformer Pilates, but it is a very different workout experience.

At Movement, our XFormer classes are designed to be low-impact, high-intensity, with continuous resistance, minimal rest, and a strong focus on muscular endurance. Every class is built around slow, controlled movement and time under tension to challenge your body from start to finish.

If you’re looking for a workout that pushes your strength, endurance, and stability while staying easy on your joints, XFormer delivers.

Meet the team behind Movement XFormer.

Starting June 8, our instructors are bringing their experience, energy, and unique teaching styles to the machine. Each comes with years of experience teaching high-intensity reformer Pilates, a passion for helping clients move with strength and confidence, and an ability to make hard work enjoyable.

The first week of classes begins June 8, and spots are limited to just 8 participants per class.

We need one more day!

Our new heated mat studio is almost ready, but we want to make sure everything is perfect before welcoming you in.

✨ Classes will remain in our current studio through Monday.
✨ Beginning Tuesday, June 2 at 6:00 AM, all mat classes will move to our new studio space just across the patio in the same building.

Thank you for your patience and excitement during this transition. We can’t wait for you to experience the new space. 🤍

Class booking opens Friday, June 5 at 12 PM through the Momence app. Complimentary classes are limited to one per person.

Booking Window Transition Reminder for Tomorrow

Sunday, May 31 is our booking transition day.

You may need to book twice that day:

☀️ Sunday Morning
Book the June 7 morning classes (8 AM, 9:30 AM, and 11 AM) under our current 7-day booking system.

🌙 Sunday Evening
Book classes for June 8-14 under our new weekly booking system.

Booking access opens:
4 PM — Upgraded Members
5 PM — Current Members
6 PM — Class Packages

Starting May 31, booking will open every Sunday for the following full week of classes, rather than the immediate upcoming week.
