There’s something special about Flag Day through the eyes of a child.

From proud smiles to little voices singing the National Anthem, schools come alive with excitement as students celebrate the flag that unites us.

At The Teacher’s Desk, we love these special moments.

We are always so grateful when Coach Nick Penberthy brings his student athletes to The Teacher’s Desk.

This time, his baseball players stepped up to serve, showing that character is built not only on the field, but in how you give back to others.

We are excited to continue highlighting our weekly volunteers at The Teacher’s Desk.

Our Saturday regulars have already earned a special nickname, The Future Super Seniors. They have already dedicated their Saturdays well into the future and look forward to more Saturdays filled with service, laughter, and time spent together serving teachers and students.

We are so grateful for their steady presence and the joy they bring each week.
