Assalamualikum
Alhamdulillah I have 3 meals in 8 hours eating window and I don't eat 16 hours every day except lemon water and black coffee in the morning. I am posting my daily meals everyday for my relatives and friends so they can get an idea how to maintain low-carb diets and get sufficient protein every day to prevent and cure diabetes, colostral high blood pressure artery block etc, which causes only bad food habits.
