Unfortunately, we have been notified that scammers are already targeting our exhibitors, attendees, and speakers for the 2026 Buffalo Niagara Dental Meeting. Please DO NOT provide any of your information in the instances below - and when in doubt, contact (716) 829-2061 or (716) 829-6419.

-THIRD-PARTY TRAVEL AGENCY: There have been companies that contact our speakers and offer to assist with booking reservations at the Hyatt and other hotels in the area. The BNDM is not affiliated with any third-party travel agency. Please book your hotel room directly through the Hyatt or other hotels in the area.
-REFUND/CREDIT: There is someone contacting our Exhibitors via phone, mentioning the exhibitor's affiliated Booth Number, and then requesting credit card information in order to provide a refund/credit. We will never offer a refund unless it was explicitly requested by you.
-SELLING ATTENDEE LIST: The BNDM does NOT work with third-party vendors to sell our attendee list. WE NEVER GIVE OUT OR SELL OUR ATTENDEE INFORMATION! If you receive an email or phone call regarding the sale of the 2025 meeting attendee list, please disregard this communication.
