Scholastic Storyvoice is a free live author event that happens every Friday. This week during break, one of our student's favorite authors, Jeff Kinney, will be hosting! He will be talking about his two great book series, as well as doing live drawings. If you can't attend during the scheduled live session, don't worry! These are always recorded and available for playback for a limited time. Visit https://storyvoice.scholastic.com/streams/public to register and learn more.

We are excited to celebrate National AVID Day! AVID stands for Advancement Via Individual Determination and is a college- and career-readiness program that helps students develop the skills, confidence, and habits they need to be successful in school and beyond.
National AVID Day is an opportunity for our school community to celebrate the AVID mindset and the ways we encourage students to set goals, take ownership of their learning, persevere through challenges, collaborate with others, and think about their future.
