This past weekend, Jojo and Avery participated in the KidBiz Market at the Elmwood Village Farmers Market.
KidBiz is part of a program hosted by Greater Buffalo Small Business Development Center, teaching young entrepreneurs how to run their own business.

The school year might be ending soon, but you can catch EVCS out and about this summer with giveaways, goodies, and activities! This summer includes:
- EVCS at the Elmwood Village Farmers Market on June 20 & August 15
- EVCS at The Taste of Diversity Festival in the Family Fun Zone on June 27
- EVCS at the Michigan Street African American Heritage Corridor Farmers Market on June 30, July 28, and August 18
- EVCS at D-District Community Day on July 11
- And for the second year in a row, EVCS Hertel Campus serving as host to Shakespeare in Delaware Park's touring show on August 3

We have got a very special Wayback Wednesday for this week, featuring pictures from the first ever EVCS alumni event! Students and staff from 20 years ago all the way up to the class of 2025 gathered for tours, dancing, music, trivia, games, and community. It was a wonderful time for all, creating new memories and reminiscing on old ones!

Huge shoutout to our National Junior Honor Society, who raised over $1,000 for the American Cancer Society from selling bracelets, sunglasses, and books! In total, American Cancer Society Relay For Life surpassed its goal of $35,000 and raised $42,500 for the American Cancer Society.
