We had such a wonderful time soaking up the sunshine, spending time together, and cooling off with some delicious treats. 🍨😋

🅰️🐘 Learning Our ABCs Through Movement, Sound & Play! 🐝💬

Learning letters is so much more than memorizing the alphabet—it’s about hearing sounds, watching how they’re made, moving our bodies, and practicing how our mouths work together to form words! 🗣️✨

In this video, Miss Tasheika is using alliteration, animals, objects, action words, and gestures to make early literacy and speech development fun and engaging!

As the children pair sounds with movements and words, they’re practicing:
🔤 Letter recognition & alphabet knowledge
👂 Letter sounds & phonemic awareness
👄 Proper positioning of the lips, tongue, and mouth
🗣️ Speech and pronunciation techniques
🤲 Gestures and movement to reinforce meaning
🧠 Listening, imitation, memory & vocabulary

This is what intentional early childhood education looks like—learning through play, repetition, movement, and meaningful interaction. ❤️

We don’t just teach toddlers their ABCs. We help them understand, hear, feel, and say them! 🌟
